Antonio Rocha Romo, Presidente Municipal de Trancoso, y la Profra. Ma. Navidad de Jes\u00fas Rayas Ochoa, Coordinadora Estatal de Bibliotecas P\u00fablicas, quienes realizaron el tradicional corte del list\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su mensaje, el presidente municipal destac\u00f3 que esta obra fue posible con muy pocos recursos, demostrando que cuando las cosas se hacen con buena fe, se hacen bien.<\/p>\n<p>????
