Antonio Rocha Romo, asisti\u00f3 la s\u00edndico municipal, Lic. Nidia Carolina Barr\u00f3n Borrego, quien dirigi\u00f3 un mensaje a las y los presentes, destacando la importancia de fomentar los valores c\u00edvicos desde la ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p>La acompa\u00f1aron el secretario de Gobierno, Ing. Felipe Hern\u00e1ndez Guerrero, as\u00ed como directores y jefes de departamento del H.
