El Gobierno Municipal de Jerez, que encabeza el presidente Rodrigo Ure\u00f1o, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Jerezano de Cultura, realiz\u00f3 un homenaje al legado art\u00edstico del maestro Arturo P\u00e9rez Torres, conmemorando su destacada obra y aportaci\u00f3n al arte en el municipio.
\nLa directora del Instituto, Elizabeth Murillo, record\u00f3 su aniversario luctuoso y destac\u00f3 la importancia de su vida y obra, reconocida a nivel nacional y que ha puesto en alto el nombre de nuestro Pueblo M\u00e1gico. Subray\u00f3 que las creaciones de \u201cEl Cuate\u201d P\u00e9rez estuvieron profundamente inspiradas por la poes\u00eda del bardo jerezano Ram\u00f3n L\u00f3pez Velarde.
