El Presidente Municipal, Rodrigo Ure\u00f1o, entreg\u00f3 reconocimientos a dos alumnos que representaron con orgullo a Jerez. Por un lado, se reconoci\u00f3 a la joven Mar\u00eda Fernanda Escamilla Barrios por su destacada participaci\u00f3n en la disciplina de r\u00e1quetbol, donde obtuvo medalla de plata en la Olimpiada Nacional CONADE 2025, celebrada en Guadalajara, Jalisco. Asimismo, se otorg\u00f3 reconocimiento a Matteo Alejandro Mart\u00ednez Mercado por representar al municipio y al estado de Zacatecas como seleccionado nacional en el Desaf\u00edo Internacional de Matem\u00e1ticas SIMOC 2025, realizado en Singapur.
